These terms govern the use of techforgehq.com, its forms, and the digital channels Tech Forge makes available to communicate with clients and prospects, including WhatsApp. By using these channels, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

These terms do not replace a proposal, contract, statement of work, or other written agreement for professional services. If there is a conflict, the specific agreement signed with the client will govern that service.

By messaging us through WhatsApp, you confirm that you have the right to use the number and that the information you share is lawful. You agree to receive responses related to your request or business relationship. You may ask us to stop using that channel at any time.

Messages may be delayed or interrupted because of Meta, WhatsApp, mobile carriers, or Internet services. Do not send passwords, credentials, complete financial information, or other sensitive data that is not essential.

When using the website or our channels, you agree not to:

• violate laws, third-party rights, or these terms;
• send fraudulent, threatening, unlawful, malicious, or misleading content;
• introduce viruses, abusive automation, or mechanisms that affect security or availability;
• attempt to access systems, accounts, or information without authorization; or
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a company.

We may restrict or block access to our channels when reasonably necessary to protect Tech Forge, its clients, or third parties.

Information on the website is general and may change. An initial conversation, message, preliminary assessment, or website content does not by itself constitute a quote, delivery commitment, guarantee of results, or contractual relationship. Scope, pricing, responsibilities, and timelines are defined in a specific agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for promptly communicating any change that affects a request or service.

The website, Tech Forge brand, text, designs, and materials are owned by Tech Forge or used with authorization. You may view and share links to the website for lawful purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or present its content as your own without written permission.

Ownership and licenses for deliverables created for a client will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

The website and our channels rely on third-party services, including Meta and WhatsApp. Their own terms and policies may also apply when you use their platforms. Tech Forge does not control and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or decisions made exclusively by those third parties.

We seek to keep the website and channels available and reasonably secure, but they are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors, or that all information will always remain current.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Forge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or third-party channels. Any liability connected to contracted professional services will be governed by the specific client agreement.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, including information specific to WhatsApp, providers, and the procedure for requesting data deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. The parties will seek to resolve any disagreement in good faith before submitting it to the competent authorities or courts of Honduras, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms when our channels, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this same URL with its effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version where permitted by law.
